Appointment Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To schedule your appointment, please reach out to us using one of the following methods:

 

Step 2: Initial Consultation

After your initial contact, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and goals. This consultation may take place over the phone or by video, depending on your preferences and our availability.

During this consultation, you can ask any questions you may have about our services, therapists, or the therapy process. It's also an opportunity for us to better understand your unique circumstances and recommend a therapist who can best meet your needs.

Step 3: Appointment Scheduling

Once we have discussed your needs and preferences, we will work with you to schedule your first therapy session. We offer flexible appointment times for virtual sessions to accommodate your schedule.

Step 4: Complete Paperwork

Prior to your first appointment, we will provide you with necessary paperwork to complete, which may include intake forms, consent forms, and our privacy policy. You can either fill out these forms electronically or bring them with you to your first session.

Step 5: Begin Your Journey to Well-Being

Your first therapy session marks the beginning of your journey to improved mental health and emotional well-being. During your sessions, your therapist will work closely with you to address your concerns, set goals, and develop a customized treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

At Renewed Beginning Counseling, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We are committed to providing the best possible service to all of our clients, and in order to maintain the integrity of our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

 

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.

Cancellation Fee:

 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or if you do not show up for your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. This fee is intended to compensate our therapists for their time and ensure that our scheduling remains efficient for all clients.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while respecting our scheduling and the needs of other clients.

Exceptions:

 

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur. In such cases, we will assess the circumstances on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It allows us to better serve all of our clients and maintain a smoothly operating schedule.
